EMOTIONS ARE YOUR TEACHERS

When you stop repressing YOUR feelings and start   to understand what the messages of your feelings are bringing then,  you feel free, at peace , ready to take on the world. When you suppress or don't want to listen to the messages your feelings are bringing you  shut down your Emotional intelligence.

Emotional intelligence happens when  you are able to analyse your emotions. Your emotions are your subconscious mind way to tell you to stop and  pay attention to what is happening, maybe you can improve this situation.

The intelligence in Emotional Intelligence is what you do with the delivered and analysed information.

What do you feel most often:
FEAR ?
ANGER?
SADNESS?
GUILT?
FRUSTRATION?

Here and why and some of the lessons.

Fear: you want to be and feel prepared if something bad happen. If and when you experience fear  trust that you are either in danger or that you are being warned about something.

Anger :you have either violated your own boundaries or someone else did that and you have let them so in essence you are mad at yourself. You need to reclaim your freedom or accept things the way they are.

Guilt: when you are not living up to your own standard. The lesson is simple:  don't do it again and  you need to do what is the right thing to do for you.


Frustration: has to do with you not reaching the results you wanted in the time frame you had planned for the expected results to manifest. Your inner guide, the frustration, is telling you either to commit to another goal, or commit differently to your goal or to have another goal altogether.

Sadness: if you are experiencing sadness it is because you believe you have lost something, You feeling something is missing in your life and it should be there. Sadness is telling to accept all what you have, to be grateful for it and to appreciate what you have lost. Or it maybe a message to fight back to reconquer a loving relationship  or  start again on a project you dropped at one time or another.

Just know that you can really change your life when you listen to your emotions. Your emotions are linked to your beliefs and that is why it is great to practise: EMOTIONAL FREEDOM TECHNIQUE.

THE WAY YOU DRESS

You may ask  yourself what it is has got to do with wanting more cash. You may also think that even badly groomed people can be very rich or you might think that money does not care what you wear.

I absolutely agree with you. However because everything is energy the way you dress, if it matches  or if it does not match your own personality it can actually make you poorer or richer. How so? It is very simple, when things are not a barrier any more on what you desire manifest in your life. 

Imagine somebody has  got the most beautiful suit but it does not match his or her personality it does nott match who she or he is inside. Therefore  the person is not  manifesting what he or she desires.

Glenda Feilen puts it in her own words. I ma rephrasing what she say for you  what is in you, on you and around you influences things more than you know, it is all to do with Feng Shui and the law of attraction.

I came up with my own quadrant  along time ago and I now tell the 4 types how  to dress according to their personalities. I call them Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter personalities. It has nothing to do with your sign of the zodiac. You can be a Spring personality  born in December and a Winter personality born in September..

Now can you spot yourself in the descriptions underneath, And ca nyou spot your friends,  and partner and son and daughter? It will avoid you priceless mistakes trying to buy them what does not match their personalities.

Spring personalities are  people their words are: POSSIBILITIES and FUN. They are lively,light-hearted and spontaneous. They have new ideas often and they are inspired by hope. They prioritise trying the new and the on the edge novelties. However they tend to be challenged by the amount of work that their ideas lead them to. They cheer everybody up. They connect with people easily . Their thing is to make other people smile. They rarely get angry but when they do  be warned it is not pretty. They should wear bright colours and unsymetrical patterns.

Summer personalities are easy going  people  whose  words are: CONNECTION and COMFORT. They are observant chilled, they bringing people at peace, they love having plans but it may take them ages to achieve so most of the time  they abandon the plans mid way.  In their home their clothes their car , if it is not comfy it is not for them. Fluid clothes and pale colours are more for them. They have to be able to move in it. When they get angry they regret it afterward. 

Autumn personalities are dynamic and fast. The best words to describe them are RESULTS and AMAZING. They get things done, they love being into actions and motivating others. They are often passionate about what they do. They may be perceived as pushy. They follow things through. They dress the part in general good texture is for them, colours link to professionalism are their favourite, their clothes fit their body, not loose. When they get angry  they are erupting but they are not revengeful.

Winter personalities are thorough and focused. If you were to choose two words to describe them it would be: PERFECTION and PRECISION. They are efficient , they are working toward inspiring respect and perfecting whatever they see. However they may  feel things aren't as perfect as they ought to be and feel disappointed in themselves when things don't turn out the way they wanted them to. They see the world from a detached analytical view and criticitise what they see easily.  They like  to wear things  that are  nice to look at , functional and  they love black. When they get angry they go into a cold rage that can last awhile.

Whatever you do when you purchase a new item that you will wear often, ask yourself the following questions:
Is it nice? Is it something that will make me happy? Is it something that will bring me success? Does it match my personality? Is it a compulsive buy? Can I find better quality for the same price? Is it the right colour for me? When I try it on does it embellish me or not.

These types of questions will generally  stop you not manifesting what you want.

Did you know that your music choices can predict your personality?




Apparently a study has proven that your choice in music could reliably predict your personality traits: openness to experience, extraversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness and emotional stability.
It is always easier to spot an extravert and open for adventure people according to the kind of music they listen to.
Below is how the different genres correspond to our personality, according to a study conducted at Heriot-Watt University; point o mention the experience took place and only involved younger adults:
This is what they have found:
If you love playing Blues music you have high self-love, you are a creative outgoing and gentle person  and at ease in most situations.
If you love playing Jazz music you  have high self-esteem, you are also  creative, outgoing and at ease in most situations. That is true for me.
If you love classical music you  have high self-esteem,  you are creative, but an introvert who is  at ease in most situations.
If you are a Rap lover you  have high self-esteem and you are outgoing.
If you love Operas you  have high self-esteem,  you are creative and gentle.
If you love the Country and western music style you are hardworking and you are outgoing
If you are a Reggae fan you have high self-esteem,  you are creative but  not hardworking,  but t outgoing, gentle and at ease in most situations.
If you love Dance music you are a creative, outgoing but not so gentle person.
If you love Bollywood type of music you are creative and outgoing.
If you love Rock/heavy metal music you have low self-esteem, you are creative,  you are not hard-working and you are  not outgoing but you are gentle and at ease in most situations.
If you like  pop music you  have high self-esteem,  you are hardworking and outgoing and gentle, but  you are not creative and you are not  at ease in strange settings.
If you like Soul music you  have high self-esteem,  you are  a creative outgoing and  gentle person who is at ease in most situations.

I love knowing that I have high self-esteem , I am creative and at ease. Of course I would love to be more gentle. For that I can just listen to Soul music for instance.

Everything in life is vibration and if you are careful everything has it  proper sound and noise. In itself music is at the heart of humanity. Music affects your mind, your body and your spirit. You react to music, and some music and songs makes us cry , sad, thoughtful or joyful and happy or live you indifferent.

Your mind reacts to brain waves. There are the Gamma waves but also the beta, alpha, delta and theta brain waves. 

Each has an impact on your life.
The Gamma brain waves give you focus, concentration and logical intellectual exercise. They are fast waves.
The Beta brain waves give you focus and extreme attention to do things efficiently and they give you peak results.
The Alpha brain waves gives you peace and relaxation and wellbeing. They unlock your imagination and creative side.
The Theta brain waves are experienced when you are either emerging from sleep or just before sleep. This is a good time to day dream, your conscious mind can’t sabotage you then. These Theta brain waves give you a state of receiving where you can get insights and visions.
The Delta brain waves gives you deep sleep and is important for health and well-being to restore and regenerate your body. They are the slowest waves.

Recently Dr Emoto made an experiment with Water and emotion. He froze the water that been submitted to Solfreggio frequencies and discovered that the water formed crystals once frozen that were beautiful. He deducted that sounds had an impact on our own body and mind as our body contains 70%  of water. The Solfreggio frequencies are influencing our body by making it vibrate harmoniously. These frequencies are where we get the more chance to get more good KI- energy- coming in toward us and a good health in general.

The use of these frequencies were used by older civilisations like the Egyptians and Chinese and played in the 8th century  Gregorian monks. It is been rediscovered 20 odds years ago. And there is more, Music is a subject in itself and I am not a musician. All I am telling you is that music can help you in more ways than one.

So all that being said it is important for you to surround yourself with the right music, the right frequencies to reach your desired outcomes, state and emotions.


Nothing stops you playing music in the background to help you achieve results when you are doing your EFT sessions. Obviously, not Delta brain waves frequencies embedded music. LOL

THE ART OF BREATHING


What if I tell you that the best exercise you can do for your body is to breathe? Simply breathing properly can do miracles for your body.
Breathing can improve  your sleep, mood, digestion, heart, nervous system, muscles, brain  and even your teeth  development.
Proper breathing is a skill you need to master in order to have a better life and it is not that complex. All it requires is a little bit of perseverance and practice.
Proper breathing is a skill that will bring many advantages for you like: more energy, more health, more joy, more peace and more happiness. Who could say no to that? You would be a fool if you were not taking advantages of the techniques shown below.
There are 3 ways to improve your breathing capacities.

Conscious breathing consists mainly of changing the way you normally breathe by increasing the amount of breathe you take in. It is great for your body as it is brings more oxygen and more energy to the body.

We all tend to do shallow breathing which translates in not enough oxygen and energy in the body. Our nervous system become unbalanced , it tenses the body and forces it to work on stress because of the body being deprived of oxygen. As a consequence our airways blood vessels contract which makes it even more difficult for the body to regenerate itself, and function at its best. Our heart works faster because  there is higher blood pressure due to the constriction of the blood vessels. We feel tired  the cells are badly oxygenated and the body prioritize what to do with the oxygen given instead of bringing its goodness to all of the cells. Even our brain works less when we breathe less. The brain is responsible for helping 80% of our body works on 20% of all of the breath inhaled. Our muscles go stiff because they are tired as the breath did not get properly oxygenated to keep exercising for a long time.
Lesson to learn: we need to be more conscious of our breathing pattern if we want our body to work at its best

If you feel frustrated or need a bit of calm just do it.

FIRST: the 1st thing to do is breathe through your nose not your mouth. Breathe in and out through your nose. Your nose has got what it takes to refine the air you absorb to deliver it the body at its best. Your mouth does not. Breathing through your nose will remove some viruses and bacteria. When you feel you can’t breathe through your nose just relax and tell yourself you are gonna make it despite the fact that it is hard at first to change the way you have breathed from a long time mostly through your mouth. 48 hours will do the trick and you will do it naturally after that.

SECOND: Breathe all the way down to your belly. Your diaphragm also called the emotional brain helps with your nervous system. Why shall I be  doing it this? Your diaphragm when full of oxygen will massage your liver, stomach and intestines. The diaphragm then restore your body balance. Your heart won’t beat so fast and won’t work as hard when compared to only chesty breathing. Thanks to the diaphragm breathing you help your bowel get rid of waste product. Your neck, shoulders and chest get a rest and pain in these areas is reduced.  

THIRD: Enjoy, cool down, take it easy

When you feel tense you can be sure your breathing is also tense. Your physiology
is matching the way you breathe, your psychological feelings too. If you start to breathe well again you will start to see things and let go of things that were trapped in your mind before. Trapped body equals trapped mind. Your body when your breathe well will be better health and energy wise

If you breathe in a relaxed manner deeply through your nose and your repeat the process throughout the day , your breathing should improves tremendously. Try to monitor your breathings and see the correlation with your psychological state emotional state or even your performance at the gym.
 You will see that your body will always respond well to the increase of  the amount of deep breathing you make.
In our daily life, breathing may be undervalued and most physical activities are taught without telling us or reminding us how to breathe consciously so we can make it successfully to the top. Indeed, when we breathe more deeply our whole body , brains, and our performance as a  whole increase.
And there are physical activities that are not taught but that we experience when we are older, I am talking about sex here, requires a great level of savoir-faire in regards to our breathing and the efficiency of our breathing.
What defines our life is the breath. Knowing how to live a better life is to be able to breathe. If you start breathing properly your life will improve.
Let me ask you the following  questions:
Did you know that breathing could cut hunger? Did you know that people who breathe quickly and rapidly  have a problem with the quantity of food they process? Did you know that breathing badly can lead to bad breathe? Did you know  that bad breathing could also be the cause of snoring and sleep apnea and urination during the night? Did you know that shallow breathing could lead to problem with your teeth?
I find all of these fascinating. By just altering this seemingly non important act, you can change your whole life. You improve your life. You get rid of conditions that were not the most pleasant and you have a better chance to be happy and sexually satisfied.
I say yes to that. I  say yes to breathing. Do you?

PREPARE


Are you rushing things?  You have goals and you have objectives but  are you ready? Do you end up wasting time or entering the race and losing? Or maybe you end up feeling like  a  failure and having all the emotions attached with it. So You may say I don’t believe in the law of attraction anymore , I can’t trust my intuition, you start blaming your karma or whatever else. Maybe that is you.

Maybe that is you but maybe you omitted to ask yourself one important question: “AM I READY?”. As we say in the army forewarned is forearmed. If you are aware of the risk then you can take the legitimate steps toward reaching your goals and your objectives. For example you want to write the Next best seller, you have some ideas you have jotted down two objectives writing 2000 words a day and quality writing. Before writing your idea of the next best seller you need to be ready. You need paper, printer, ink, drinks, snacks, time, a plot and discipline, a marketing plan, some contacts in the industry a writing  friend to keep accountable, money to send your manuscript, your costume for the ceremony when the prizes will appear…

In Law of attrACTION there is ACTION. The word action does not mean that you do it randomly, incoherently or stupidly. The word action implies preparation.

In your everyday life, you can’t make a move if your head does not give the order to your body to make a move and it will be successful, your body is on automatic plot does not even think about it. But it took you 3 to 5 years of your life in your childhood to prepare your brain to accomplish all these seemingly automatic actions now.

Similarly, if you want to earn money, gain money, be at ease with money you need to prepare yourself. Read about money. Think about money. Question experts on money. Make plans. Don’t forget to make a plan A and a plan B just in case plan A does not work. Write down all the steps you need to take to let money into your life.

However, you don’t want to be stuck and to be iced up by your plans. You want to feel these plans are adaptable and not set in stones. You have to go with the flow.

A good preparation will generally make your actions more likely to succeed because your energy is directed and focused. Oprah Winfrey puts it this way: “ I feel that luck is preparation meeting success.”


Success will be yours if you are prepared.

1 THE BASE CHAKRA- working in relation with your adrenal gland , which helps you to react in case of emergencies, it is also called the stress hormone- is situated at the base of the spine in the tailbone area. It is associated with the colour red. It is also called the root chakra. This chakra has to do with your home, your family, your career, your safety material needs. Basically that the foundation. When this chakra is not working as it should your life is chaotic. You feel insecure. You feel you communicate your wants  properly, you feel you are unable to self protect yourself. If you have issues with the throat, tonsils or a feeling of victimisation. To repair these you can eat more strawberries, pomegranates, carrots, tomatoes and melons, in general. In general red colour food, apple and beetroots. Hot spices, potatoes, ground potatoes, red meat and eggs. As for exercise you can do breathing grounding exercise or kundalini yoga.



2 THE SACRAL CHAKRA - working in relation with your ovaries and testes are responsible for how the blood circulate in your body, your sex drive and mental vigour- is situated in the lower abdomen part 2 inches below the naval. It is associated with the colour orange and linked to your reproduction, your sexuality and your creativity and your  self-respect. If you experience addiction, cysts and sexual issues, irritable bowl syndrome a sense of non-abundance, no well-being or you think you have no fun, you get no pleasure out of life, you know you have to rebalance this chakra. You can rebalance it by eating more carrots, oranges and mangoes, orange food in general and  more nuts. A good exercise I recommend  is to do pelvic thrusts.

3 THE SOLAR PLEXUS CHAKRA- working in relation with your pancreas which aid in processing food, it produces insulin, which control blood sugar level - is located in the somach area in the upper abdomen. This chakra is associated with the colour yellow and is linked with problem affecting you self worth, your self confidence,  yourself esteem. If you don’t feel in control of your life you need to rebalance this chakra. Eat more yellow coloured foods such as corn and eat grains, drink teas like peppermint tea and chamomile. A good exercise is just to dance to loosen up the body.

4 THE HEART CHAKRA - working in relation with your thymus gland that helps build resistance to disease- is located at the centre of your chest . It is linked with colour GREEN and is linked with problems dealing with love, joy and inner peace. Past, present and future love issues relating to love are here. If you have issues in your love life you can rebalance this chakra by eating more green vegetables and drink green tea, You can also as an exercise send love to every on you meet in the street it will unblock this chakra and allow love in.

5 THE THROAT CHAKRA - working in relation with your Thyroid gland which regulates your energy and your metabolism- is located as it is said in the throat. It is linked with the colour blue and genrally has to do with our abilities to communicate and express yourself. If you have problem expressing the truth, speaking about your feelings or if you are holding secrets you can rebalance this chakra by drinking more juice , teas and sing more.

6 THE THIRD EYE CHAKRA - working in relation with your pituitary gland this gland controls all the other glands and influences growth and metabolism and regeneration- is situated in between your eyes. It is associated with the colour indigo and mostly deals with focus and being able to see the big picture. It may be blocked if you have problems with intuition, imagination, the impossibility to make decision or to think. You can rebalance this chakra by having herbal oil treatment and doing exercises with your eyes.

7 THE CROWN CHAKRA - working in relation with your pineal gland involved with your sleep cycle and the one produces the melatonin the feel good chemical- is located at the top of our head and is associated with the colour violet. It has to do with ability to feel fully connected to with the divine. If you have problem with seeing your inner beauty or seeing the beauty in others  and feeling bliss in general you might consider walking more in nature, or meditating more often so as to breath clean and fresh air and absorb sunshine.

Your energy is directly linked to what you do to your body. Take care of your body and make sure all your chakras are working so that your life can go in the best possible direction.
