WHAT IS EFT?

EFT or Tapping is also called  "Psychological acupressure", a mixture of Chinese medicine-acupressure – and self-hypnosis
Generally, your emotions, meaning your reactions to an issue, is what creates a problem.
Blockages are released by challenging beliefs or thoughts that are stopping you being at your best while tapping on meridian points.
Tapping on your energy system improves your well-being because psychological disharmony much often than not leads to disharmony in your body. Conversely, tapping on your body heals your mind.
It is a non-invasive  technique because you  tap on yourself; nobody else does the tapping and you work with your negative beliefs, nobody else’s ones.
This method has been invented by Gary Craig in the 70 ies because veterans coming back from Vietnam war could not sleep, had terrible nightmares and could not be functional in their daily activities, they had flashbacks.

WHO and FOR WHOM?

Everyone, even you, can use EFT .
Generally there is a practitioner and a client- meaning you- . You come to fix either a behavioural issue, an affective issue or a spiritual issue.
You are generally referred to an EFT practitioner because everything else failed.

WHY USE EFT?

Your energy is linked to your mind, your emotions and to your body. Therefore it makes sense to use these three things to increase your level of energy.

 AND BECAUSE  IT WORKS.
