WHAT TO DO TO CHANGE YOUR LIFE

CHANGE YOUR THOUGHTS


Your feeling,emotions and actions are all attached to your thoughts. So are your successes or failures. Use your creativity it has been given to you to use, so harness this skill. When you feel you are responsible for what you think inside of your brain well all you need top do after that is to change the thoughts you dont like and you will have a happy life more in congruence with who you are.


CHANGE YOUR PRIORITIES

Your priorities are to focus on your strength  taking actions and stop thinking about the past. WHY ? If you don't focus on your weaknesses you will feel empowered and strong and ready to embrace  any challenges. If you don't take cations nothing will change, you know that already but it should be a priority for you , you are here on this planet to change and to make the world a better place. Your past is dead so no point dwelling on it , focus on the now.

CHANGE THE WAY YOU FOCUS ON YOUR GOAL


ONLY 100% will do if not your goals won't be achieved the way you want them to be achieved. When you write them down don't be vague and stop having high expectations that won't lead you anywhere positive for you. Your big goal can be done into step, Start from the end and determine which little objectives you need to read to achieve your big goals.

CHANGE YOUR BELIEFS


My favourite part as an EFT practitioner it makes perfect sense. You are the sum of all your beliefs. So believing you can do it and will do it and will deliver a great service is a sure way to reach success.

CHANGE YOUR ATTITUDE


Just like your thoughts you are 100% responsible for your attitude . A positive attitude will bring you to the top a negative one will drag you down. Persist and stop thinking it is too hard too much effort is involved...Never give up, never quit and learn from your lessons. Never accept failure,  a failure is never a defeat unless you quit.

CHANGE YOUR HABITS


Your routine is either good for you or not. You can change a routine, taking the same road every day to go to work is a kind of routine. What if by taking another road, luck strikes...Your habits must be supporting habits.


CHANGE YOUR LOVE


What is love? Love is what you bring into your life. What you focus on. Life gives you back in centuple what you have put in there. When you have given meaning and value to something  you then know that you love this something.  and remember It is unconditional love that is rewarding.


CHANGE YOUR MOTIVATIONS


Your  reasons to do something are so important that they will give you endurance , perseverance and a sense to  what you do. When passion and purpose is found you will have your motivation. Be determined and you will achieve.


CHANGE WHAT YOU EAT AND DRINK


You are what you eat and drink. If you love your sugary stuff you are a sweet person who wants to please everybody. If you like salt on your plates you like actions and getting results. If you like spice you like teh exotic and adventures. Drinking water is the best beverage for you. If you need to change look at what you need to change. Do you need more feminine YIn masculine  Yang food to achieve your goals? 


CHANGE THE WAY YOU BREATHE


It affects your mind body and spirit. Breathing is extremely important and can do wonders for teh 12 systems in your body.
